1. Digital Products (Quizzes & E-Books)
ILM360 primarily offers digital educational services.
- Access: Upon successful payment, access to the quiz or e-book is granted immediately or as per the scheduled event time.
- Delivery: Confirmation and access details are sent via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp. No physical shipping is involved.
2. Physical Products (If applicable)
If ILM360 sends physical prizes or certificates:
- Shipping Area: We currently ship prizes within India only.
- Timeline: Prizes are dispatched within 15 working days after result declaration. Delivery time depends on the courier partner (usually 3-7 days).
- Charges: Shipping for prizes is generally borne by ILM360 unless specified otherwise.
- Damage/Loss: ILM360 is not liable for damage or loss during transit, but we will assist in raising a claim with the courier.
