Refund & Cancellation Policy
Details regarding fee refunds
General Rule: Registration fees are non-refundable once paid.
1. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do NOT provide refunds for:
- Failure to attend the exam at the scheduled time.
- Technical issues on the participant's end (internet, device, power failure).
- Disqualification due to malpractice or violation of exam rules.
- Change of mind after registration.
- Selection of incorrect exam slot by the user.
2. Refundable Scenarios
A FULL refund will be initiated ONLY if:
- The event/quiz is cancelled entirely by ILM360 management.
- You have been charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error (proof required).
3. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days and credited back to the original payment source.
4. Cancellation by User
Users cannot cancel their registration once confirmed. Please verify all details before payment.
